Depending on your body and your goals, you may need a more targeted approach than typical CrossFit classes can offer in order to reach your goals efficiently. That’s where the Tide class come in. Tide combines individualized programming, one-on-one training, and group workouts in this hybrid, ultra-effective class style.
What to Expect
Each class will start with your individualized programming, designed specifically for your body and your goals. Your coach will be there to provide expert instruction, guide you through proper form and alignment, and of course, offer you the motivation and support you need. Then, the members of Tide will come together to perform a group workout, beginning with a warm up and ending with a cool down.
